During At the exhibition, VREMT will showcase its 800V golden battery, battery cell, high-performance 800V SiC quad-motor drive system and 800V ultra-fast liquid-cooled charging platform, HPC-V3, showcasing its advanced technology and accumulation of batteries, motors and electronic controls.
The second-generation 800V gold battery features the world’s fastest production charge rate, recharging from 10% to 80% in just 10.5 minutes. This allows for “5 minutes of charging, 2 hours of high-speed driving.” Additionally, with a 3-second pulse discharge rate up to 22C, it provides instant power for high-performance vehicles, ensuring stable operation at low temperatures and low battery conditions. The battery also meets the strictest global safety standards. It is equipped with eight thermal protection technologies and has been tested according to three extreme safety criteria, which guarantees its reliability.
The 800V battery cell features next-generation “lithium-ion acceleration technology,” with improvements in anode, cathode and electrolyte materials. This helps improve energy density, conductivity and safety, providing strong support for the 800V gold battery.
VREMT’s high-performance SiC 800V quad-motor drive system offers the highest power and torque density four-motor distributed electric drive system in the world, with peak power of 930 kW and peak torque of 1280 Nm in production. With its unique parallel structure, the NDE12 front twin optimizes space while minimizing resonance to improve NVH performance. The NDE33 dual rear motor weighs just 141kg, 18% less than its competitors, with a power density of 4.4kW/kg, making it a world leader.
During At the exhibition, VREMT will also showcase its 800V liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging platform – HPC-V3, the world’s highest single output power liquid-cooled charging stack. The V3 ultra-fast charger features a modular multi-gun structure, with a maximum output voltage of 1000 V, a maximum current of 800 A and a peak power of 800 kW for a single gun. Users can achieve a full recharge in just ten minutes.
